  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hangers, and dust bags are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.

  Ship the Merchandise

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within the specified return window.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
